Personality — Some exceptionally mean advice sends a lovesick suburban fifteen-year-old on a journey to determine his personality, leading him to his first major love, loss, and betrayal.
The Hard Stuff — A personable bartender comes across a bottle of liquor that gives the drinker visions of the future. A particularly harrowing vision leads him on a boozy adventure to save the new love of his life. Winner of the Peter and Barbara Benedek Screenplay Award.
Thru Traffic — A get-rich-quick dreamer loaded with gambling debt must deliver a shipment of cocaine across the country with his estranged younger brother in tow. Along the way a wily hitchhiker and hostile drug dealer quickly turn the drive into the road trip from hell. Winner of the Hopwood Screenplay Award, Kasdan Scholarship in Creative Writing, and Naomi Saferstein Literary Award.
